The Blue Jacket Clothing Company is having a grand opening at noon Friday for its new retail store at 2826 S. Calhoun St. The store features gently used clothing and accessories and is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
NEW THRIFT STORE SUPPORTS EX-OFFENDERS
A gently used clothing and accessories store opened in Fort Wayne Friday afternoon. Proceeds go toward job training and job placement for people coming out of prison.

David Casiano already had one charge of operating while intoxicated, so when he was again caught driving under the influence last year, it was a felony. In short order, he found himself without a job, owing multiple court and legal fees – and jailed.
